Reina L. Gascón
I am so excited to introduce our featured member for this quarter. I call her the “Home Sell Whisperer”. If you want your house sold Reina must stage it. She has the midas touch when it comes to staging to sell. We are so proud to have Reina be our featured member. We love you Reina.
Reina L. Gascón was born in Puerto Rico raised in Jersey City, NJ and returned to Puerto Rico when she was 13. She moved to Charleston, SC over 29 years ago. Reina is a licensed and certified professional with over 10 years of experience in staging & redesigning. Her certifications include Professional Home Stager and Designer, Interior Design & Window Treatments, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Secretarial Science from the University of Puerto Rico. Prior to home staging, Reina was a former human resources bilingual recruiting manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. She was also the former court management supervisor with the Charleston County Clerk of Court criminal division.
Her professional affiliations are RESA (Real Estate Staging Association), HSR (Home Staging Resource Certified), ASHSR (American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners), and ABWA (American Business Women Association). Reina loves to enter into a room and visually perceive the potential of it! When she’s working alongside the homeowner or seller, she’s able to explore their lifestyle, aspirations, and desires of the space. That’s when the magic happens.
From the moment you meet Reina, you can feel her infectious, positive energy and passion for every project that she touches. When you trust Reina with your home, you are partnering with a brand that has the expertise to present homes right. She can help you with all your staging and redesigning needs. Reina would love to work with you! Give her a call to schedule your initial consultation today.
